Electron Microscopy Sciences HybriWell™ Sealing System Chamber 1 well 30-50 mcL, 21.6mm x 21.6mm
HybriWell Sealing Chambers System seals to a microscope slide surface enclosing a single or multiple specimens in a small reagent volume. They are suitable for most protein and nucleic acid assays. Access ports in the chamber surface allow for the addition or removal of reactants and posrts are easily sealed using adhesive seal tabs (provided) to prevent reagent evaporation. These sealed chambers are watertight and can be used for water-bath incubations. RNase free, hydrophobic surfaces will not trap or bind probes. Disposable chamber remove cleanly and easily even after heating. Coms with non-adhesive peeling tab.
